Refund policy

All sales are FINAL and there are no cash refunds allowed. However, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit or exchange for another product. Exchange of product of less value will yield a return credit for the difference. An exchange of greater value will result in an additional charge for the difference in price. 

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted.  You have 24 hours to modify your order. This includes changes to products, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at SUPPORT@HAIRADDICTONLINE.COM. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the return shipment. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any Stash Sale or Clearance Items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we can issue a store credit for you to purchase the item that you desire. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive notification of a store credit applied to your account.
